Solicitud de Adición de la sentencia T-836/09.
El peticionario solicitó adicionar la sentencia referida en el sentido de dejar sin efectos una providencia del Tribunal Superior de Bogotá y en su lugar, confirmar el mandamiento de pago emitido por el Juzgado Tercero Laboral del Circuito de Bogotá, adicionándolo en la forma como fue decretada en el fallo de tutela en mención, esto es, indexando la primera mesada pensional y demás mesadas causadas.
La Sala recuerda que por regla general, la adición no procede contra sentencias dictadas por la Corte Constitucional, en ejercicio de su facultad de revisión, pues aquella constituye un mecanismo diseñado para complementar providencias.
Se RECHAZA POR IMPROCEDENTE.
